Jakarta, Monday, (31/5) - PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk received an award in the “Most Improved” category from Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) in the 12th IICD Corporate and Governance Awards 2021. The award was received by Tiur Simamora, Sido Muncul’s Corporate Secretary.
This award was granted to listed companies who have applied good corporate governance principles (“GCG”) without any record of violations in their GCG practices during the previous year. The assessment was conducted by 10 IICD experienced assessors in their fields of expertise.
