Semarang - PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul (IDX: SIDO) allocated Rp200 billion for its capital expenditure in FY2023. The capex will be used for maintenance, acquisition of land around the factory, and projects.
"We are planning to acquire land around our factory for future expansion. We are also allocating budget to complete several projects and expand production facilities, the latter we have carried out since last year," said Leonard, Director of Finance.
Note that PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul will neither acquire new factories nor other companies in 2023. Any news on factory acquisitons by SIDO in 2023 are categorically untrue.
