Zingiberis officinale Rhizoma (Ginger)

Help relieve muscles and joint pain, traditionally used to improve blood circulation

Orthosiphon aristatus Folium (Java tea)

Traditionally used to relieve rheumatic pain.

DIRECTIONS

Consume 1 sachet 2 times per day for 3 days. Afterwards, consume 1 time a day until symptoms clear. Brew 1 sachet with ± 100 cc (½ cup) boiling water
